Who this is for

Bio Whitening may be suitable for patients who:

  • Have experienced sensitivity with whitening in the past

  • Want a gentler, enamel-conscious approach

  • Prefer dentist-planned treatment rather than off-the-shelf kits

  • Are preparing for an event but want to protect long-term tooth health

Before and after results

Whitening outcomes vary from person to person.

Results depend on factors such as:

  • Starting tooth shade

  • Enamel condition

  • Previous dental work

Before treatment, we assess your teeth carefully and can advise on how well your teeth are likely to respond, and whether Bio Whitening is recommended for you.

High-definition photographs are taken before and after treatment to document changes and monitor results.

Why Bio Whitening feels different

Traditional whitening often prioritises speed and intensity.

Bio Whitening is designed to work with enamel health, not against it, using an alkaline, biologically informed protocol planned and supervised by your dentist.

This approach focuses on comfort, predictability, and long-term enamel stability rather than aggressive whitening alone.

How Bio Whitening works

Bio Whitening combines in-clinic care with a structured at-home phase.

  • Treatment begins with an in-clinic session using a specialist whitening device to initiate the process

  • You then continue whitening at home using a patented whitening gel, applied for short daily sessions over two to three weeks

  • Depending on your enamel health and sensitivity, this may involve trayless application, custom trays, or a combination of both

  • A final in-clinic visit completes treatment and allows us to review and document results

  • Your dentist remains available throughout to adjust the protocol if sensitivity or concerns arise

Sensitivity and enamel care

Bio Whitening is alkaline and designed to support enamel remineralisation during treatment.

Many patients who have struggled with sensitivity using conventional whitening report a more comfortable experience with this approach.

For patients prone to sensitivity, we may recommend completing Remin Therapy beforehand to help strengthen enamel prior to whitening.

Combining treatments

Bio Whitening is frequently combined with:

  • Enamel Spa

  • Remin Therapy

Together, these treatments form our Bio Wellness Package, designed to support enamel health, comfort, and longer-lasting results, while offering greater value than booking each treatment individually.
