A sinus lift may be recommended where there is insufficient bone height in the upper jaw to safely support a dental implant. This commonly occurs after tooth loss in the upper back teeth, where the sinus naturally expands over time.
Not all implant cases require a sinus lift
The decision is based on imaging and assessment
The procedure is planned carefully and conservatively
To create adequate bone height for implant stability.
To support long-term comfort and function.
To allow implant placement in areas that would otherwise not be suitable.

3D imaging and clinical evaluation are used to assess bone height, sinus anatomy, and plan the procedure.

The sinus membrane is carefully lifted to create space for bone graft material, supporting the body's natural healing response.

Bone develops gradually as part of natural healing. Implant placement may occur at the same time or after healing,
There are two main approaches, and which is used depends on the amount of existing bone present.
Internal sinus lift – Performed at the same time as implant placement in selected cases. This is a less invasive approach and the fee is included as part of ceramic implant treatment.
Lateral sinus lift – Used where greater bone height is required. This is performed as a separate surgical procedure to allow bone development before implant placement.
Sinus lift procedures are planned carefully and explained clearly before any treatment takes place.
Clear explanation before treatment
Local anaesthetic used as standard
Calm, supportive approach throughout
Aftercare guidance provided
Review appointments arranged where appropriate
Suitability is always confirmed before use, based on individual clinical need.
These are supportive measures, not standalone treatments. They are used selectively alongside primary surgical care.

Ozone therapy

PRF therapy

Nutritional status testing

Microbiome testing
These measures support healing and decision-making and are not provided in isolation.
